Varietal composition: 100% Xinomavro
Vineyard: Linear organic vineyard in Phyliria (Goumenissa wine region) Soil: Medium sand-clay
Vinification: The grapes are carefully selected, crushed and left to ferment spontaneously in INOX tanks, without any addition, clarification or filtering and with a very low level of sulphur, which is added before bottling. After fermentation the wine is aged in old French oak barrels for an additional 4 months.
Aging: 4 months in old French oak barrels and 6 months in the bottle
Organoleptic characteristics: This red wine has purple highlights and slight turbidity. The aromatic bouquet consists of aromas of small red fruits, gooseberry, cherry, licorice and tomato. It has a full and structured mouth, with enough tannins, crisp acidity and a long aftertaste.
