Varietal composition : Xinomavro

Deep enough for the measures of Xinomavro. Aromas of dense red fruits, black cherry, tomato, vanilla and pepper. cocoa powder and light animal contribute to the final composition. Mouth full, with good structure and typical balance of toned acidity, incorporated tannins in a combination that, keeping the tradition, evolves Naoussa on the side of complexity.

The shelf life of the wine in barrels lasts 12 months. This is followed by bottling and reductive aging in the cellar for an additional 6 to 12 months before being consumed.
