Type: Dry Red Wine of Kozani (Siatista)
Varietal composition: Xinomavro 100%.
Origin: It comes from many mountain vines at an altitude of 900m, near Siatista, perhaps the most mountainous vineyards in Greece.
Harvest: In mid-October in the mountain vineyards of the estate from selected grapes of the variety.
Features: Intense purple color, nourishes the nose with aromas of fruits, herbs, flowers and a typical oak feeling. Aromas of black cherry, wild strawberry, helmet, tomato chutney, notes of violet, mountain herbs and traces of pink pepper and sweet spices blend harmoniously with each other. The peculiarities of the variety are more strongly reflected in the mouth: juicy, sweet and sour fruit, wild flowers, herbs, still fresh -but not aggressive- tannins and a remarkable obsession with the fruit in the moderate + in duration aftertaste. The intensity but also some subtle characteristic aromas of rose and pink pepper bridge a classic Naoussa with the musk black of the area. A different xinomavro that is worth trying. .
