Varietal composition : Xinomavro

This is an excellent single-variety wine of northern Greece of the most characteristic variety of Xinomavro. Its high quality and characteristic tannins in combination with low alcohol levels, have established it in the tastes of wine lovers.

Aromas of fresh tomato, olive, strawberry, characteristic but not very intense tannins. Freeze in oak barrels for 9 Bakes.

Accompanies : It accompanies grilled or baked meats, sausages, game and fatty cheeses.

Prolonged aging of 10-15 years is indicated.
