Wish Erate White is the first white wine from Pieria Eratini, a surprisingly complex blend of Assyrtiko, Chardonnay and Malagouzia, made with one of the most balanced barrel expressions we have seen in white Greek wine. Soft yellow-green color, clear. Intense aromatic dimension in the nose, with hints of green and yellow fruits, sweet vegetation and distinctive barrel. Mouth quite full, but also with a strong presence of freshness. Long, complex aftertaste.
