Vineyard: Old vines over 50 years old from the areas of Megalochori, Akrotiri and Pyrgos.
Winemaking: Classic white winemaking. The raw material is kneaded in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature and matures with fine wine lees for at least 5 months.
Characteristics: Aromas of lemon, pear and peach frame the typical salinity and minerality of Assyrtiko. Full body with high acidity and long aftertaste.
Combinations: Fish, seafood, shellfish and white meat
