Red dry
Origin: PGI Epanomi
Varietal Composition: Syrah
Winemaking: Produced from the oldest vines of the Estate, with small yields. The extraction and the alcoholic fermentation take about 20 days, followed by the malolactic fermentation and then aging in oak French barrels in the underground cellars.
Characteristics: It has a dense black-red color with violet shades and a complex "nose" (bouquet), where the aromas of ripe plum, berry and red pepper dominate. In the mouth it is very rich, with strong tannins, husky and with a great aftertaste. Shortly before consumption, the wine opens into aromas, if poured for 30 'in a glass carafe.
Aging: Ideal for lovers who seek to age red wines in their cellar for 20-25 years.
Accompanies: Red casserole meats with spicy sauces, hairy game, aged cheeses and spicy cold cuts.
