Aging : Fermented and extracted in stainless steel tanks. Complete malolactic fermentation and maturation in new French barriques for 12 months and 6 months in the bottle. Red fruits, blueberries, plums, spices, metallic tuna, vanilla, tonic acidity, ripe tannins, exuberant mouth.
Vineyards : Mountainous Corinth at an altitude of 1,040 m.
Area yields : 850 kg / acre. (51 hl / ha)
Tasting characteristics : The color is bright, clean, deep ruby. It has depth, strength and density in the nose. The aromatic character is focused on red fruits - sour cherries, blueberries, red cherries - along with spice characters, aromas of dried herbs and a touch of minerality. In the mouth it has a medium to full body with interesting acidity and high quality tannins, while aromas of red fruits, earth and metal along with tobacco and spices dominate. The aftertaste is long, complex with constant evolution.
