Wining: Alcoholic fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks, at a controlled temperature, promoting the prolonged residence of the marcs with the must. Subsequently, malolactic fermentation takes place immediately after October. The aging of the wine is done cyclically in 400-liter Acacia wooden barrels, for six months and partially in the tank, so as to obtain an interesting hybrid of the two profiles. Finally, the production process is completed with a minimum six-month stay in the bottle - reductive aging.
Characteristics: Red-colored wine, with intense purple highlights, characteristic of the variety. Complex and floral aroma, with notes of wild sour cherry, cherry, blueberry and lavender. Characteristic of tobacco and leather, it is presented as full, harmonious, with a persistent pleasant aftertaste.
It is combined with meats, roasts, cheeses, red sauces, pasta.
