Variety: 100% Moschophilero
Light pink with aromas of citrus, notes of rose and jasmine.
Vinification : Disinfection and pre-fermentation extraction at 8 ° C for about 48 hours. Alcoholic fermentation at low temperatures, in the presence of part of the marcs. Separation of solid and liquid phases follows, while fermentation progresses. All other treatments follow the stages of white winemaking.
Characteristics - Aging : Light pink that gives aromas of citrus, notes of rose and jasmine. Rich mouthfeel, balanced acidity, long aftertaste. It is ideally consumed in the first 12-15 months.
Accompanies : Chinese & Thai cuisine, mushroom risotto.
