Vineyards: Louros Vineyard, Thesi Pyrgos
Vinification: Cold extraction after crushing the grapes for 12 hours, separating the must from the stems and fermentation, with native yeasts at 18 °C.
Aging: Fermentation and maturation of the wine with the noble lees for 24 months in French oak barrels.
Bottling : Bottled unfiltered
Organoleptic Characteristics: Yellow color with intense highlights, aromas of ripe stone fruit and eastern spices. The same sequence in the mouth combined with the characteristic acidity combined with a strong tannic aftertaste.
Serving Suggestion: Shellfish dishes, white and red meat as well as full-fat cheeses.
Recommended serving temperature: 14-16 °C.
Able to age for more than 10 years.
