Winemaking : Classic red winemaking by variety and aging at a controlled temperature for at least 12 months in 228lt French oak barrels, in our underground cellars.
Alcohol content: 13.5% Vol
Aging dynamics : Enjoy now or in the next 15 years of his life.
Tasting characteristics : Vivid ruby color with violet highlights. Complex, attractive aromatic set with plums and black currants dominating on a refined vanilla background. Aromas of ripe red fruit, jam and sweet spices, such as clove, predominate in the mouth. Harmonious and balanced with rich tannins, high acidity and prolonged fruity finish.
Serving temperature : The classic choice from Hadjimihalis Estate. Enjoy it with a wide variety of appetizers, grilled or cooked red meats, pasta with red sauces, grilled burgers and a variety of cold cuts. Enjoy it at 16-18ºC.
