Origin of grapes : From the selected semi-mountainous Vineyard "Giataki" on the meridian slopes of Mount Knimis, part of the privately owned vineyard of the Hatzimichalis Estate in the Atalanti Valley.

Winemaking : Classic red winemaking at controlled temperature. It ages for 12 months in 228lt French oak barrels, in our underground cellars.

Alcohol content : 13.5% Vol

Aging dynamics : Enjoy it now or age it in proper maintenance conditions for at least 10-12 years from its disposal.

Tasting characteristics : Deep purple red color. Aromas of red fruit, sour cherry, black cherry and sweet spices are revealed on the nose. Medium body with velvety tannins, dominated by earthy aromas and spices. Round, well-structured mouth with a delicious aftertaste.

Serving temperature : Enjoy it with braised casserole or grilled dishes. It goes perfectly with a knuckle and a cottage. Enjoy it at 16˚C.
