CHARACTERISTICS: One of the most interesting and dynamic native red varieties of Crete. The wines produced are always delicate and sensitive, with incredibly refined acidity. With a clear ruby color, light body, high acidity with gentle tannins and elegant aromas of red fruits and spices, this wine is a unique single-varietal proposal, which goes beyond the usual.

VINIFICATION: Classic red vinification, fermentation at 26ºC in temperature-controlled tanks. Aging 6 months in French oak barrels.

ALCOHOL: 14.5 %
