VARIETY: Vidiano 100%

AMBELONAS: Northern, in the Dafna zone, with an altitude of 400-500m

CHARACTERISTICS: Indigenous variety, which rekindled the world's interest in Cretan wines. Its color is crystalline yellow-green. Its subtle aromatic character is fruity, with dominant aromas of pear, banana and melon. In the mouth it is rich, with particular acidity and an impressive aromatic aftertaste with notes of apricot, peach, citrus fruits and flowers.

PAIRING: Seafood, fish, green salads, dishes with egg and lemon. Served at 11-12°C.
