VINEYARD "Kaiafas" is a vineyard planted 44 years ago next to the village of Trilofos.

SOIL Mainly limestone with a strong presence of slate and granite.

MICROCLIMATE The warm climate of the area is moderated by sea air currents that reach the area unhindered but also by the cold currents that descend from Mount Vermio at different stages of the day. The large temperature range and the average temperature remain at low levels for the altitude. Late harvest.

WINEMAKING The grapes are 20% "whole cluster" and the fermentation is carried out with native yeasts. The extraction lasts for 40 days

AGEING In French barrels of 500 liters, of second use, for 12 months.

ALCOHOL 13.5%
