Aging dynamics : It is offered for long-term aging that exceeds 20 years.
Taste characteristics : Bright, purple solid color. Multidimensional aromatics ensemble where the aromas of ripe black fruits, sour cherries and plums coexist harmoniously, with hints of tobacco, leather and sweet spices. The presence of wood is intense but perfectly offset by the dense fruity character. In the mouth it presents an ideal balance, as the solid tannins are 'dressed' with concentrated fruit, vanilla and caramel and contribute to an enjoyable and long aftertaste.
Harmony - Serving temperature : Enjoy it with exquisite delicacies. Baked lamb in the oven is undoubtedly its ideal companion. Try it with grilled meats, game and semi-hard cheeses. Enjoy it at 18. C.
