Winemaking : Classic white winemaking at controlled low variety temperatures. Maturation with fine wine lees for at least 4 months with simultaneous stirring.
Description : Fruity aromas of melon, pear and citrus on the nose, combined with the typical mineral signature of the island and botanical hints. Soft, cool mouth with flavor intensity, good balance of freshness and maturity, with a long, complex aftertaste.
Possibility of aging : 2-3 years.
