Biological culture

Bright golden colour. Complex palette of aromatic ripe fruit and citrus (pear, banana, pineapple, tangerine) in a background of notes of honey, vanilla and smoke of the oak barrel. Fatty and balanced mouthfeel, with a full volume and aftertaste, apt to aging.

Vinification: 6months in Oak Barrels.

Organic farming.

Ageing: 4-6 Years
