Katogi Averof Lefkos
Variety: Chardonnay-Roditis
The white brother of the classic red Katogi, with a rather exotic character.
Vinification: Pre-fermentation extraction at low temperature to extract the aromatic components of the skin. This is followed by pressing of the grape must, strict destemming and slow fermentation at temperatures up to 17° C. Wine with a soft golden color, aromas of fruit and flowers with a harmonious balanced taste and satisfying aftertaste.
Served: at 18°C and
Accompanying : It goes cool with pasta with white sauces, seafood, poultry, such as chicken and turkey, but also fatty fish.
