Varietal composition: Xinomavro 100%
Vineyard: Soil Sandy loam. Harvest Mid-September.
Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks and continued maturation in small French oak barrels (225L.) for 10 months. After bottling It remains in the estate's cellar (controlled humidity and temperature conditions) for at least one year before being released on the market.
Characteristics: On the nose intense aromas of red fruit, sun-dried tomato with hints of herbs and olive. Medium-bodied mouth where acidity and tannins balance the fruit. Fruity aftertaste.
It is recommended to consume it at 16 C- 18 C
It ages for at least 8-10 years
Alcohol 13.5%
