Dry White
Area: PGE Kranias Olympos.
Varietal composition: 100% Chardonnay average plant age 15 years
Vinification: Fermentation in small French oak barrels and staying with the lees for a period of 5 to 6 months. Light fining and filtering before bottling. After bottling, it remains in the estate's cellar (temperature and humidity controlled conditions) for three months before being released on the market.
Characteristics: Bright auburn with slight green highlights. Intense and complex aroma of yellow fruits, citrus fruits, wax and with noble notes of tobacco and vanilla. Mouth cool with good acidity and volume. Great aftertaste and length.
It is served at 10 -12 C. and has a shelf life of 7 to 10 years
