The first pet-nat retsina, bottled cloudy, to imprison the spark and the aromas of fermented wine. A product that is both deeply traditional and completely modern.

Slightly cloudy on the face, as it is bottled unfiltered, with discreet bubbles that rise vividly on the surface of the glass, the Foam offers us all the freshness of the kneading resin. Highly fragrant on the nose, with clear notes of resin, but also a special complexity in the mouth, which balances with the accentuated acidity, this pet-natretsina is capable of unique taste experiences. Aging for 12 months.

Accompanies : Combines perfectly with all seafood and small fried fish, with salty delicacies, roe, but also aromatic dishes from the cuisine of the Far East.

Excellent as an aperitif or in aromatic cocktails.
