Varietal composition: Xinomavro (50%) - Merlot (30%) - CabernetSauvignon (20%)

Characteristics: Elegant and clean helmet aromas combined with a soft and velvety taste, ending in a balanced sweet and sour aftertaste. Deep purple color with violet highlights. Aromas of ripe forest fruit, tomato, green pepper and dried plum, with hints of caramel and spices. Velvety, rich red fruit jam flavor, with rich sculpted tannins and a long spicy aftertaste.

Possibility of aging for more than 10 years

Accompanying : Wild hunt, grilled meats with spicy red sauces, beef fillet, meat pies, cured meats, peppery hard and smoked cheeses, sweets with dark chocolate.
