Varietal Composition: Cabernet Sauvignon 60% - Merlot 40%

Vineyard: Maronia. Soil Red clay loam. Screening : In hand

Characteristics: A classic combination of Bordeaux, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot varieties. Ripe cherry, plum and aromas of red fruits (blackberries, blackcurrants) coexist on a background of slightly smoky oak that comes from the barrel where it remained for a year. Notes of vanilla and mint. In the mouth soft, fatty, voluminous with present velvety tannins and with a long aftertaste.

Winemaking Technique: Fermentation with whole grains, pigeage technique

Aging: 12 months in French oak barrels

Alc. : 14%

Bottling : Still and unfiltered

Aging: 15 - 20 years
