Varietal Composition : Syrah 100%

Vineyard: Maronia. Soil Red clay loam. Screening : In hand

Characteristics: An amazing dense, velvety and fat Syrah with soft yet tannins that has a lovely nose of black cherry, coffee, cocoa, licorice notes as well as a warm oak presence in the background. Aftertaste too far.

Winemaking Technique: Fermentation with whole grains, pigeage technique

Aging: 12 months in French oak barrels

Alc. : 14%

Bottling : Still and unfiltered

Aging: 15 - 20 years
