Variety Composition: Assyrtiko 90%, Batiki 10%

Vine plots: Merias ,. Altitude 380 meters. Orientation East West. Slope 2%. Cultivation, Organic, with universal absence of water and fertilization. Late Harvest, careful sorting by hand on the vineyard and then at the winery. Yield 350 kg / acre

Winemaking: Fermentation with the marcs in open tanks and staying with the fine wine lees for at least 10 months. 50% matured in 500 liter French oak barrels for 6 months.

It is recommended to pour into a carafe at least one hour before serving.

It is evolving for the next 10 years.
