Aging : 2-4 years Maturation: 50% of the total amount of Chardonnay ages for 6 months in new French barrels of 225 & 500 liters

Round, rich body with a cool aromatic character. Harmonious marriage of the features of the two varieties, with special formality thanks to the mountain origin. Notes of rose, ripe peach, apricot and a touch of lychee. The mouth follows the above character faithfully, while vanilla and tobacco have an aromatic presence. It accompanies wonderfully fresh salads with citrus sauce, grilled fish, grilled chicken and yellow cheeses.
