Variety Composition : Chardonnay 100% Chardonnay Barrel with complex structure and mature character. Intense aromas of oak barrel on the nose that open aromatic paths of white flowers, citrus and firewood fruits. Full of mouth with velvety aftertaste and characteristic acidity that perfectly emphasizes the whole.

Maturation for 8 months in new French oak barrels. Possibility of aging for 7 years.

Accompanies : aromatic risotto of vegetables or seafood, grilled fish, white meat, pasta with white sauce and salmon.
