Characteristics: On the face we distinguish a purple color with crimson highlights. Noble and delicate in the mouth with full volume and velvety tannins. Elegant floral nose with violet flowers and typical balsamic aromas of laurel, eucalyptus and mint. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and matured in clay amphorae and then in oak barrels for 6 months.
Accompanies: pot meats, meat pies, minced meat with herbs, oven roasts.
