Variety : Moschato 90%, Merlot 10%

Color - Fragrance - Taste : Harvest at the aromatic peak. Follows

Yeast extraction for 24 hours separately for each variety and then white winemaking together.

Before the end of the fermentation, the wine freezes, leaving 15g of unleavened sugar.

Light pink color with orange shades. bottling is immediately followed to trap the aromas and freshness of the variety.

On the nose musk, floral aromas, lemongrass and rose.

In the mouth, the remaining sugars bind with the cool acidity, leaving an aromatic aftertaste.

Served : at a temperature of 14˚C
