Taste: Wine with intense green-yellow color. Impressive nose dominated by aromas of citrus and small flowers, complemented by a

full body with oiliness and characteristic long aftertaste. It is a fresh wine that is pleasantly drunk all year round.

Vineyard. The privately owned organic vineyards are located in Rachi Pieria at an altitude of 300m between Olympus and Pieria. The soils are sloping sandy loam to

sandy limestone and contribute to the production of wine with excellent finesse and rich aroma. The microclimate in the vineyards of our area

where the varieties Assyrtiko, Chardonnay and Trebbiano are grown is considered a mountainous continent with very cold winters, heavy rainfall in spring and cool

summer due to the proximity to the sea. In the presence of the night northeast sea winds, their cultivation is favored by maintaining the typical

aromas of each variety. The planting density is 340 stumps per acre and the production does not exceed 400 liters of wine / acre.

Delicious combinations: Excellent combination with grilled small fish, with white meat (chopped chicken in the pan with virgin olive oil) and

pasta in the oven.
