Varietal composition: Xinomavro 80% - Syrah 20%.

Vineyard: Xinomavro and Syrah come from privately owned organic vineyards of the estate that are cultivated at a height of 300m. The climate we encounter

due to the terrain as well as the sea winds in the summer are ideal for the production of a wine with exceptional finesse and at the same time intense expression

of the characteristic aromas of both varieties. The soil composition is sandy loam. The planting density is 340 stems per acre.

Tasty combinations: Wild mushrooms, bird livers in olive oil, seafood dishes of Mediterranean cuisine with pasta and salmon with asparagus.

Characteristics: Wine from the vinification of the red varieties Xinomavro and Syrah. With a balanced taste, where strong aromas of small reds stand out

fruit, cherry, strawberry, raspberry. With a unique volume, round character, but also characteristic acidity that ensures a long aftertaste.

Alcoholic strength 13.5%.
