Vineyard. The privately owned organic vineyards are located in Rachi Pieria at an altitude of 300m between Olympus and Pieria. The soils are sloping and sandy to

clayey limestone and contribute to the production of wine with excellent finesse and rich aroma. The microclimate in the vineyards of our area where you grow the Vidiano variety, is considered a mountainous continent with very cold winters, heavy rainfall in spring and cool summers due to the proximity to the sea. In the presence of the night northeast sea winds, its cultivation is favored while maintaining the typical aromas of the variety. The planting density is 340 stumps per acre and the production does not exceed 400 liters of wine / acre.

Taste tasting. Wine with green-yellow color. Elegant nose dominated by aromas of apricot, chamomile and quince flowers. With a well-structured mouth,

nice acidity and light mineral sensation. Pleasant cool aftertaste.

Alcoholic strength: 13.5%.
