Red dry
Location: PGI of Krania Olympus.
Varietal composition: 80% Cabernet Sauvignon 20% Merlot
Soil: Sand-clay at an altitude between 600 and 817 meters. Average plant age 16 years
Winemaking: Fermentation and long extraction (18-23 days) in stainless steel temperature controlled tanks. Maturation in small (228 L) French oak barrels for 12 to 18 months. Bottling without filtering. After bottling, it remains in the cellar of the estate (conditions of controlled temperature and humidity) for at least one and a half years before it goes on the market.
Features: Exuberant and intense nose. gooseberry, sour cherry, black cherry with notes of ink and butter. Thick and velvety mouth with impeccable structure and tannins that promise durability. Long aftertaste and long duration.
Recommended: its consumption at 16 -18 C. It has a shelf life of 15 to 20 years.
