Variety composition : Limniona

Organic wine from grapes of the Thessalian variety Limnionas

Harvest : 3rd week of September

Winemaking : Alcoholic fermentation in French oak tanks and aging for 12 months in 225 L barrels of French and American oak. Then at least 12 months aging in the bottle.

Tasting note : Deep ruby color with violet highlights, aromas of cherry and raspberry, dried fruit and spicy aromas of nutmeg and black pepper. Round in mouth with silky tannins, red fruit flavors and long aftertaste.

Accompanies : Red dishes, tender red meats and cheeses.

Aging potential : At least 5-10 years.
