Floral character in the nose that comes from the choice of dough. Aromas of white peach, small apricots and unripe strawberries. The mouth follows the nose fragrantly while it is characterized by a slight sensation of tannins and mature vegetation (tomato leaves, mushrooms). Refreshing acidity is present, while the medium-volume body has oiliness.
