Winemaking & Features : Assyrtiko complex cask from vineyards at high altitude in Argolis. An expression of Assyrtikos that focuses on richness, intensity and length as it has matured in French and American oak barrels for 8 months. Its color is deep straw yellow. Its aroma is expressive with ripe citrus and stone fruits embraced by aromas of vanilla and sweet spices from the oak. Its taste is rich and fatty with lively acidity and a long aftertaste. A culinary wine that has the structure to take off many fatty and exuberant dishes, whether based on fish or meat.
