The Daphne variety was saved from extinction when it was planted in the early 1990s in the family vineyard 'Psarades' at an altitude of 480m. Bright yellow color. Bright yellow color with green highlights. Herbal aromas, such as laurel and rosemary with notes of flowers and fruits, typical of this variety. Dry and harmonious with balanced acidity.
