Dry White

Variety: Malagouzia.

Vineyard: The vineyards have a south-east orientation, sandy soil and yield per hectare at extremely low levels.

Vinification: Traditional method of white vinification at a low constant temperature. Only the grape prefix was used. It was fixed and refrigerated at -8°C for 15 days.

Characteristics: Yellow-green color with crystal clarity. Delicious and balanced. Tasting this wine is like eating fresh pieces of apricot, pineapple and lemon. Pleasant acidity and surprising aftertaste.

Served: At 8°C in a column tulip glass.

Accompanying: Seafood salads, crayfish, shrimps, grilled mullet, mushroom risotto, yellow cheeses, etc.
