Microclimate : The climate of Attica is world-famous: hot and dry summers give way to sudden cold winters with little rainfall. Temperate climate, which helps the grapes to grow without problems.
Soil : Clay subsoil covered by a calcium body with cracks which allows good ventilation and soil moisture.
Method of verification : The grapes are harvested on the exact date of readiness-transported by cages to the winery and vinified with the most modern methods of white vinification.
Features : Golden-green color, bright clarity and bright appearance, intense fruit aromas (peach, a little orange), balanced taste, high acidity and freshness, full body slightly greasy, with long fruit aftertaste of spring.
Accompanies : Any cheese aperitif, seafood with sweet sauces, mixed sweet and sour dishes, white meats, fish, pasta with slightly spicy sauces.
