Varietal composition: Romeiko 30%, Syrah 70%
Vinification: Romeiko: Fermentations in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 25°C. Soaking takes place for about 7 days. After that, fermentation will continue in used barrels, where the wine will mature for 6 months Syrah: Fermentations in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 25°C. Ripening takes place for about 12 days. After that, the aging continues in stainless steel tanks for 12 months
Characteristics: Dry red wine with aromas of black berries, cranberry and some dry character. Medium bodied wine with soft acidity, rounded tannins and lots of ripe dark berries with some hints of vanilla. To be consumed fresh!
Food pairing: Roasted red meats, slow-roasted lamb or goat, or even a nice charcuterie plate.
