Variety: Assyrtiko 100%

Vinification: After light pressing, the lees are directed with free flow into temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, where they mature with the lees for 4 months.

Characteristics: Bright, medium lemon green color with dense aromas. Medium to high intensity nose. Ripe, fleshy, white fruit, minerals and citrus. Dense, full-bodied and complex mouthfeel with intense citrus, mineral and seashell flavours. Long finish.

Food pairing: Our Assyrtiko is best served with grilled seafood, steamed mussels and raw fish.
