Vinification: The lees, after light pressing, are directed with free flow into temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Characteristics: Bright, medium to bright lemon green color with slow and rich legs. Nose with high volume. Unripe white flower, herbal notes, stone fruit and some flint. Mouth medium-bodied and fresh with an intense taste of white pome fruit. Long finish of citrus and grassy notes
Food pairing: Moschato Spinas is best combined as an aperitif with good friends, fresh salads and raw seafood.
