Vinification: The lees, after light pressing, are directed with free flow into temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. It ferments and matures for 6-7 months in French oak barrels.
Characteristics: Bright, medium to bright lemon green color with slow and rich legs. Nose with high intensity. Unripe gooseberry, grassy notes and some marzipan. Medium bodied and fresh mouth with an intense taste of white core fruit. Long finish of citrus and grassy notes.
Food pairing: Our Romeiko is best paired as an aperitif with good friends, fresh salads and raw seafood.
