Variety: Moschofilero 100%

Vineyard : Selected vineyards from the Arcadian communities Rizes, Lithovounia and Agiorgitika. The continental climatic conditions and the altitude of the area, lead to a gradual maturation of the grapes with full development of the aromatic varietal potential and preservation of the natural acidity of the muscovite.

Wine and Winemaking : Modern technological winemaking with the method of pre-fermentation extraction at 10 degrees for 8 hours. Fermentation takes place at low temperatures of 14o C.

Features : Wine with freshness and intense acidity as the main feature. Delicate aromas of great intensity with the main characteristics being citrus and lemon.
