Wine of the Mavrodafni variety, with aromas of red forest fruits, well-structured tannins and long aftertaste. Maturation and long aging wine.

Winemaking: classic red vinification in an open container.


Controlled fermentation at 23-27 ° C.


Extraction time (fermentation of bark-bark husks): 5 days.


Decoupage in tank and storage in wine lees. 70% of the amount was aged in 10 barrels for 10 years, while the remaining 30% is tank.
