Varietal Composition: 100% Chardonnay
Vineyard: From the privately owned vineyard in the hilly area of "Marmaria" at an altitude of 750m.
Wine and Vinification: Classic Burgundian method. The first stage of fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and then it is poured into barrels where the fermentation is completed. The wine remains in the barrels for 4-5 months and matures together with its fine lees.
Tasting Characteristics and Aging: A particularly rich wine with a great aromatic and flavor composition, where the roasted aromas of oak are contrasted with the varietal aromas reminiscent of apricot, nectarine and pineapple. It ages for 3 to 5 years.
Pairs with: Large fatty fish, eg smoked grouper with grilled vegetables, salmon ceviche and lobster. Alcoholic Degrees 12.5⁰
