Variety composition : Cabernet Sauvignon, Agiorgitiko
Aging : Fermented and extracted in stainless steel tanks. Full apple milk fermentation in barrel and aging in new French barriques for 18 months and in the bottle for 6 months. Ripe red fruits, raspberries, cherries, sour cherries, cloves, sweet spices, tobacco, elegant, refined and complex mouth.
Vineyards : Agiorgitiko: Naked Nemea at an altitude of 700 m., Cabernet Sauvignon: Mountainous Corinth at an altitude of 700 m.
Stream yields : Agiorgitiko: 450 kg / acre. (27 hl / ha), Cabernet Sauvignon: 500 kg / acre. (30 hl / ha).
Tasting characteristics : The color is very deep and intense purple. The nose has depth, concentration, complexity, but also finesse. Ripe fruit aromas such as raspberry and black franchise along with spice, tobacco and skin notes make up the nose. On the palate, it is silky but robust with gentle tannins and balanced acidity, offering aromas of ripe fruit, cloves, black pepper and a touch of herbs. The aftertaste has a very long duration with enormous complexity.
