Varietal composition: Kidonitsa 100%
Vineyard: Two different privately owned vineyards, one at 380 m. Altitude in Koutsi with a thin-branched clone and the other at 800 m. Altitude in Bozikas with a thick-branched clone. Area yield about 900 kg / acre. .Vintage second ten days of September.
Winemaking: The coarse-grained grapes are put whole in the press with Pneumatic winemaking in absolute vacuum and the fine-grained grapes are thawed and put in the winemaker for a few hours of cold extraction, and then fermentation begins with controlled temperature for preservation.
Organoleptic characteristics: Golden transparent color with aromas of white flesh and yellow fruits. Taste balanced youthful and rich with strong delicate acidity. Served at 12 οC with white meat, pasta, shellfish and seafood.
